About Us

Active Assist Patient Advocates are experienced nurses with diverse backgrounds. In addition to being experienced nurses we are also Board Certified Patient Advocates. We have worked diligently to acquire the skills to help our families when they need us most.

Our lead Patient Advocate has almost 20 years of nursing experience, and leads this agency with a family first mindset. We put the interest of our families first and we work hard to ensure that their needs are met and they receive the best care.
